This is a charming holiday home set on a nature plot outside of Alingsås. With it's comforts and beautiful view of the sea, it's the perfect place for a family holiday. This was a summer home only to begin with, but now the cottage has been expanded and isolated for winter use. It offer's a light, airy, old fashioned atmosphere combined with moderns comforts.

The kitchen features an open fireplace and a woodburning stove, and is a cosy place for the family to spend time should there be a rainy day. The kitchen opens onto the lovely terrace, which can also be reached via the master bedroom. The comfortable living room has a TV, a DVD-player and a video player. Feel free to use the owner's collection of DVDs. The house also contains a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Spacious bathing with a WC, sink and shower. The house features two bedrooms and sleeps five people. The largest bedroom contains two 105-centimetre beds and the smaller bedroom have one single bed. The guest house contains two beds.

The house is set on a large nature plot, only 100 metres from the lake Sävelången, where you will find a canoe that you can use. In the garden, which faces south. you will find a gazebo, and pretty wild flowers that attract butterflies.

Drive from the house, in the direction of Gothenburg, and you will find Nääs slott, a beautiful castle that offers guided tours. There is also a park, a café and craftsmen's shops in the area. Vist the restaurant Norsesund Station, which offers dining and live music.

The town of Alingsås is 13 kilometres away and well known for it's many cafes and it's flea market. There is also a farmer's market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Be sure to visit the beautiful park Nolhagaparken, with it's petting zoo, Barnens lantgård, it's playground and it's sandy beach. Minigolf is another activity you can enjoy when you are here. Gothenburg is only 35 kilometres away, offering shopping, museums and the funfair Liseberg.
