Welcome to a lovely holiday home, situated in the breath-taking archipelago of Bohuslän! The house offers a beautiful view of the sea, a large terrace, and a lawn where the children can play. It is located south of Kungshamn in the popular summer resort Smögen, close to the water and with several bathing spots and beaches within a short distance.

The newer part of the cottage was built in 2014 and has a separate entrance. It features spacious bedrooms with underfloor heating, and a beautiful view of the sea from the windows. There are comfortable double beds in all rooms. The bathroom is tiled and includes a WC and a shower.

The upper floor, in the older part of the house, features a kitchen, divided into a cooking area and a dining area, with a view of the sea. There is also a small balcony adjacent to the dining area. This part of the house also contains a bedroom with a double bed and a WC. The ground floor features a living room with a lovely fireplace, the perfect place to spend a cosy evening should the weather not allow outdoor activities. This part of the house also features a large mezzanine with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and a WC. The glazed conservatory has infra heating. There is also a practical outdoor shower, suitable for rinsing off the salt water after bathing in the sea.

It only takes a few minutes to walk to the closest bathing area, with shallow water, suitable for children. In the nature reserve, two kilometres from the house, there are beautiful sandy beaches.

Smögen is a very popular tourist resort, known for it’s boating possibilities. Take a walk on the long pier,admire the view and the many yachts, visit one of the restaurants by the water, or go shopping.

Nordens Ark is well worth a visit. It is a beautiful park where endangered animal species have been given a safe haven.
