The yard has berries. The house has a traditional style. You can rent a 19 ft aluminium boat (2015 model) with 50 hp 4-stroke motor Honda (2015 model, 22 knot speed), control panel, chartplotter/GPS/sonar, 6 rod holders and life jackets. The boat is located in a harbour 2 km away where you can park your car. Frengsfjorden and nearby fjords offers excellent fishing conditions all year round. The owner, a professional fisherman himself, can give you advice about where to go. Life jackets are included in the rent. A salmon and trout river is found 30 km away. 3 km to a lake with trout. Walk up to the mountain with an altitude of 368 metres, that gives you a wide view of the scenery. Visit the old wharf in Rakvåk from the 1800s, the castle of Austråttborgen or the rock carvings in Strand. There are plenty of activities to experience in Fosen!
