Beautiful and classic wooden summer house from 2021, centrally located in Snogebæk with only 450 meters to the child-friendly Balka Strand, which is one of Bornholm's most popular.

The atmosphere in the house is bright and inviting with large glass sections and ceiling to the ridge. The house is insulated all year round and the air-to-water system, the built-in ventilation system and underfloor heating throughout ensure an extremely comfortable indoor climate all year round.

The open kitchen-living room creates space for togetherness and community, where you can enjoy a drink at the high oak bar stools while the kids have fun in the 9 m2 large loft with skylight. The house is adorned with beautiful oak floors, the bathroom is spacious and decorated with light tiles and the house offers three well-appointed bedrooms.

The house is modernly furnished with a sense for Danish design and summer house atmosphere. Here you will find Kaare Klint and FDB furniture side by side with unique design with Liberty textiles, Søholm ceramics, Bülow lamps and beautifully restored love chamber cabinets in all rooms.

All the way around the house there is a wooden terrace, of which 18 m2 is covered and there are garden furniture, gas grill and play equipment for the children. In the cozy garden with, among other things, pine trees, butterfly bushes and sea buckthorn, you can relax, nip herbs for dinner, look for rabbits and listen to bird song.

Snogebæk is a cozy fishing village with lots of life and shops that are open all year round. In the summer, the atmosphere is almost southern with flea markets, live music, harbor festivals and lots of happy guests at the good and varied eateries, including the Cod Liver Oil Factory, Søren's Pub and the old smokehouse. The children will be busy crowning the summer's best ice cream between, among others, Kjærstrup, Krøllebølle Ice Bar, Sissi's Rolled Ice Cream and Nettis, while catching shrimp by the coast. Snogebæk Harbor is adorned with the more than 100 m long wooden bridge, with an active bathing life, both summer and winter and from here there are white shallow sandy beaches on both sides. There are good opportunities for sport fishing and a rich bird life can be observed at Salthammer Odde.
