400 m² large property located close to Randers Fjord, with a holiday cottage that is well maintained and with a renovated stable where you can host parties. A part of the stable has been made into an exercise room with dart and games. There is also a room with ballgames, 2 goals and a basketball hoop. The house itself has a large kitchen. Outside there is a spacious plot with a terrace where you can enjoy the view of fields and forests. The house is not far from the two ferries Udbyhøj and Voer. There are several golf courses within reasonable distance from the house. 5 minutes to the beach by St. Sjørup. No letting to youth groups.
