Holiday cottage located on a quiet natural plot in the cosy fishing village Nr. Lyngby just north of Løkken. The house was built in 1976 and fully renovated in 2014. Open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool, open and covered terrace and a carport. In order to keep the heating costs to a minimum the house is fully insulated and has both air-to-air heat pump and wood-burning stove. Bright furnishings in a tasteful and modern style and with a PlayStation. A part of the floor is slate and the rest is bright wooden floors. The large windows ensure good lighting throughout the day. There is a terrace to the east, south and west where you can find a private corner for sunbathing or have barbecues. Between the house and carport is a small area sheltered from the wind. Level natural plot surrounded by trees and bushes where the children can play ball games.
