This attractive holiday home is located in the archipelago, in the town of Skärhamn, on the island of Tjörn. The house boasts an amazing panoramic view of the sea, a private angler’s house, and a private dock right next to the house. This comfortable house offers the perfect location suitable for holidays any time of the year!

The two-storey house features a beautiful kitchen, and a spacious living room/ dining room. The living room leads to the comfortable, roofed terrace.The bottom floor also contains a bathroom (WC and shower) and a laundry room. On the upper floor you will find the family room with it’s TV-area and 30 TV-channels (Swedish channels as well as English-speaking channels). The family room has a sofa bed that sleeps two. The bedroom is spacious and contains one double bed. The upper floor bathroom contains a shower and a small whirlpool that fits one adult or two children. On the upper floor there is also a lovely balcony with a panoramic view.

Please note that it is not allowed to charge electric cars.

The lovely angler’s house is well-furnished and a ladder leading to a spacious loft with a double bed (legless).

The closest beach is only 400 metres from the house. There is a sandy beach, rocks and a bathing dock. There are also crab fishing possibilities. Skärhamn offers culture and entertainment. Visit Nordiska Akvarellmuseet, a museum of contemporary aquarelle art. Or visit the restaurants, boutiques and shops in the town!
