A holiday cottage located in a peaceful area with 70 m² terrace at the back of the house. Renovated in 2014. Suitable for a family, also with a dog, that would like to enjoy the nature. The house is close to forest, beach and fields. It is possible that animals of the forest pays a visit, as the backside of the house is next to a public forest. There is a movable dog fence at your disposal. Playground equipment for children. Two outdoor clotheslines.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
