The house was built in 1932, added and fully renovated in 1988 and has open concept kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, annex with bunk bed for 2 persons and bathroom with shower. There are covered and open terrace and a south-faced sunny yard between the house and annex. The living room has a double extra bed. Personal and bright furnishings. There is a table top dishwasher. The house is built in such way that you always have view of the ocean. From the open terrace you can enjoy the sunset while the sunny yard faces south and thus has a lot of sun and shelter from the wind on sunny days. Large, hilly dune plot with direct access via a trail to the beach and dunes. Please note that there are 6 steps from parking to the entrance. Not for rent to youth groups.
