Holiday home located in the first row on one of Funen's best plots with an incredible panoramic view of the water from both the house and the plot towards Lyø and Avernakø. You can walk directly from the plot down to the water. There are four bedrooms and a large loft. Bathroom with 2-person spa bath, shower, underfloor heating and sauna for 4 people. The second with shower and underfloor heating. Large, combined living/dining room furnished with Danish quality furniture. From the living room there is direct access to the house's south-facing terrace. The living room has a TV with Chromecast. There are various games and in the shed various outdoor games. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hobs, convection oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with 120 l freezer and microwave. From the kitchen there is direct access to the west-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and 1 pellet grill. There are two high chairs and 2 cots. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. A petanque court has been built on the plot. To the south is a large open/slightly covered wooden terrace, with an impressive view. There is a fire pit in the garden. The plot also borders a large open area, which extends all the way down to the water.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
