This unique and very spacious holiday home sets the standard with its building materials and high standard in quality.

The style is minimalistic with a twist of the soul of the rigid nature surrounding the house. This is particularly obvious with the custom-made dining table in the kitchen area, built of hard oak planks.

The oak has a clear contrast to the white, tasteful kitchen with e.g. two steam ovens, one combined microwave/cooker and induction with five cooking zones.

The brick laid bar (with fridge) in the activity room is a natural place for gathering while a game of billiards, table tennis or table football takes place. Staircase from the activity room to one of the mezzanines with PlayStation for the kids. Furthermore you will find a wireless 30/30 Mbit internet (please bring your own computer).

The pool area has slate walls and large, blue tiles in the pool.

After a swim in the pool against the counter current you can relax in the sauna or enjoy the relaxing massage of the bobbles in the whirlpool.

Direct access from the pool area to the terrace facing south-west and the garden, where you will find a large lawn with a basketball hoop and a trampoline (usage at own risk). Access to furnished terraces from both the kitchen and the living room, where you can enjoy the sun all day.

All floors have Italian marble tiles. The unique floor planning and decor of the house makes it suitable for more families or couples who want to spend their holiday together surrounded by comfort.

The house is located on a large plot near the holiday area Nr. Lyngby, a former fishing area.

Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning and deposit (DKK 5000,-) deviate from the normal listed price. Payment of consumption and cleaning must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth and builder groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
