Built on the slope of the bay of Sivota in Lefkada, 2S Villa Alpha is designed to offer an irresistible view of the turquoise waters of the Ionian sea and the traditional settlement of Sivota. Villa Alpha offers complete privacy, with a surface area of 200 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Villa Alpha is set on three levels with full wooden oak flooring and oak staircases and is equipped with modern, comfortable furniture and beds with relaxing mattresses.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a large bedroom (double bed) with a private bathroom.
On the first level, you can find two master bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed) with private bathrooms and a large balcony with a panoramic view of the bay of Sivota to enjoy a wonderful sunset.
On the lower level, which is bathed in daylight, there is a large space with another fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (2 single beds) with private bathroom, and gym. Air conditioning is offered in all rooms included in the price.

Outside the villa, offers an infinity pool of 50 square meters, with salt electrolysis (salt water), with the deepest point at 2.4m, the lowest depth at 1.1m and iroco deck around the entire pool area.
