It has a charming and consistent arrangement. The house is allergy friendly with tiled and wooden floors.

Suitable for 2 families with bathrooms at each their end of the house. There is a large, bright living room with modern furniture. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms and on the bed loft, where there also is PlayStation 2. The house is very suitable for children with plenty of equipment for them.

There is playground equipment, swings and sandbox outdoors. Approx 20 minutes walk to the beach.

No letting to youth and craftsmen groups.
