Holiday cottage of a high standard. The house is furnished and equipped for 10 people and well located approx. 800 m from the North Sea. The house is located in beautiful surroundings, close to the forest, beach, golf course and fishing lake. The area is very family friendly with access to a communal playground, ball field and petanque court. Decorated with well-equipped kitchen with e.g. dishwasher, ceramic cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The living room has leather furniture and large dining table with plenty of room for everyone. There are flat-screen TVs connected to cable-TV. For a cold summer or autumn evening with rain and drizzle there is a wood-burning stove. The floors in the living room and kitchen have heated tile floors. The bathroom is tastefully furnished with whirlpool, heated tile floor, cupboards and shower. The mezzanine has an additional flat screen TV connected to cable-TV and PlayStation3. Both open and covered terrace where you can cook dinner on the grill and enjoy the sunset on the terrace.
