This spacious holiday home is set amidst beautiful beech woods in the scenic area of Österlen in Skåne. This is a beautiful area in the south of Sweden, offering plenty of sights and activities.

The holiday home features a large living room with a sofa suite, a TV, and an open fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dish washer. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a spare mattress, one with a regular bunk bed, and one with a bunk bed with three bunks. The bathroom features a WC, a wash basin and a shower. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view of the surroundings.

The lake is only forty metres from the cottage and it is known for it's fine water quality and it's pleasant bathing area with a café and mini golf course. There are riding and golfing possibilities nearby. Should you wish to go fishing you can rent a boat nearby and you can buy a fishing license for 300 SEK from the landlord. There are plenty of beautiful walking paths or maybe you wish to take a drive on a scenic route and enjoy the stunning landscape of Österlen.

Please note: The household waste must be source separated for recycling. The deposition for the holiday home is 1000 SEK and will be refunded in full, or partly, after the house has been inspected on your departure.
