Pool house with a panoramic view of and only a stone's throw from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best beaches.

The house is very energy-friendly with 2 heat pumps, one for heating the house and the other for heating the pool. The 2 pumps were installed May 2015 and make the house very energy-friendly compared to houses without heat pumps.

The large pool and whirlpool area has a 15 m² pool and a prefilled whirlpool and a sauna. Exercise in the pool and relax in the bubbles or have a sweat in the sauna.

For the more relaxing activities you will find a living room with a TV and all bedrooms also have a TV and DVD player.

The surrounding area has a partly covered terrace.

No letting to youth and builder groups.

The location close to the sea provides you with the best possibilities for enjoying a walk on the beach or experience the sometimes rough nature of the coast. The south facing beach has all the benefits of the North Sea as well as it being a very child-friendly beach sheltered from the great reef, Horns Rev which also holds the world's largest windmill park.
