A lovely holiday home in a small cottage area, rural outside Örkelljunga. The cottage is wonderfully located on a large protected plot with the forest in the knots. The house is well equipped with generous spaces. In the wood-fired hot tub the whole family can enjoy and on the plot there are many lovely patios and play equipment for the children. Perfect accommodation for two families.

From the entrance you first have a newly built, lovely bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is modern, large and well equipped with a dining area for everyone and open to the living room. Here is comfortable furnitures and a large modern TV with Swedish and Danish programs as well as viasat. Broadband and free wifi throughout the house. In that part of the house there is also a bathroom with shower and sauna. One bedroom with a double bed. In the corner building there are three more bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a single bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. From the kitchen you have access to a glazed conservatory and to the privacy-protected outdoor area with several seating areas, dining and barbecue area.

The house is beautifully situated with forest where you can pick berries and mushrooms. There is also a very rich wildlife in the area. The excursion destinations can be the Kullahalvön or the elk park in Markaryd. If you want to shop, there are good opportunities for this in Örkelljunga. For the golf lover, there is the famous golf course Eket nearby. There are several fish-rich lakes in the area. Here are perch, pike and roach. The fishing license is valid for most of the nearby lakes. A bit north of Örkelljunga is Kungsbygget's adventure park. At Hallandsåsen you can visit Vallåsen's ski resort in winter. A short drive away are the beaches in Vejbystrand and also the metropolis Båstad. A few miles north, at Markaryd, is the elk park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family.

It is 1 km to the lake. The rowing boat can not be used during the period 1 November - 1 April.
