Holiday cottage with comfort and many options to get the perfect holiday experience. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool of 3.0 x 5.0 x 1.20 m which can be used during the period from 1 June to 1 September and outdoor sauna for 4-6 people. There is underfloor heating in the 2 bathrooms, of which one has a whirlpool. The house is heated via heat pump and electricity. There is a large wooden terrace of 40 m² in connection to the house and the swimming pool. The garden is closed. Large grill. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The annex with 2 beds is connected to the main house via a covered wooden terrace.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
