Unique and modern holiday home in Marielyst

Enjoy a holiday in this holiday home in special class built in great materials and in a timeless design. The house was built in 2022 and is divided into 2 separate buildings shared by an atrium courtyard, so you can close off one part if this is the need. At one end of the 100m2 large atrium yard, there is a lovely roof covering of approx. 20m2, where shade and shelter can be enjoyed. The atrium can be closed off completely.

The property has a total of 118m2 which is distributed over the 75m2 main house and the associated building of 43m2.

The main house contains a large and beautiful kitchen-living area with a kitchen, living room and dining area, where there is room for the whole family or friends. A large sofa group, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove await you here, where the coziness can take place in the evening hours. In addition, there is a nice dining table ready for the holiday meals as well as a bright and functional kitchen. In this room there are skylights, which provide fantastic natural light with the good ceiling height.

In addition, one of the two bathrooms is also in the main house. This bathroom has a separate shower with lovely tiles, underfloor heating and a skylight with an automatic open/close function. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house with 4 sleeping places.

The second building has 4 bedrooms, each with its own entrance. They all contain 2 sleeping places and the possibility of storage. In this part there is also a bathroom with the same functions as the one in the main house.

In total there are 6 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 4 single beds. A total of 12 people.

From the house there is only a short walk to the water, which is located 900 m from the house, while there is only 700 m to shopping.

There is access to a nice pétanque court

Marielyst, which for more than 100 years has been the favorite seaside city on the Danish east coast, has a southern atmosphere with outdoor seating in cafes and restaurants. In the summer, the square abounds with local artisans with paintings, ceramics and willow, creating an enchanting summer atmosphere.

Marielyst offers a wide selection of shops with clothes, wine and special goods as well as a lot of activities such as golf, bowling, mini golf, segway, go-kart and paintball.

The holiday home is also not far from Nykøbing Falster, an atmospheric town with a beautiful location down to Guldborgsund. The city has a beautiful pedestrian streets with many shops and cafes. Here you will also find the Middelaldercenter, Guldborgsund Zoo and several museums.

The holiday home is not rented out for large parties and it is not allowed to throw a party here (can be inquired from the owner).
Pets must not be in the furniture or beds and the dog's remains MUST be picked up.
