There is a strong emphasis on the incidence of light and the house is equipped with several large windows to ensure optimum light through the house. For the children there is a playground in the area and plenty of lawn that they can romp on. No letting to youth and builder groups.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
