Well-equipped holiday cottage on a large plot with views of the open fields a few minutes walk from the North Sea and the good beach. The house has light wooden floors in the living room, modern furnishing and well-equipped kitchen with e.g. a dish washer. Two bedrooms with dounle beds and a bedroom with bunk beds for 4 persons. The bathroom has tile floor, underfloor heating and 2-person whirlpool and sauna. There are also washing machine and dryer. The bright, well-equpped kitchen is in open plan with the tastefully furnished living room that has large windows. TV with Danish channels DR1 and TV2 as well as German channels. Both a covered and an open terrace.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
