This semi-detached holiday cottage is situated in a quiet and picturesque area. Unit 40531 is the part of the house that faces south-west, with the most secluded terrace of the two, and with a magnificent view of the fjord and sun until the late evening in summer. Exit from the living room to the partly covered terrace. A partition wall with a lockable door separates the terrace between this unit and unit 38662. The wonderful interior of the cottage consists of e.g. a leather couch in the living room and a well- equipped kitchen. Frame mattresses in all bedrooms where the beds can used either as double or single beds. A somewhat steep staircase leads up to the second floor where you will find a double sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) and a bedroom. The satellite dish receives a number of international channels, also many German. The large bathroom has plenty of closet space, a whirlpool that fits 2 people and a sauna for 3 people. Central vacuum cleaner, flat iron and ironing board available. A small storage room with a freezer. A boathouse by the fjord with a lockable storage room, extra freezer and space for storing fishing equipment, and fish cleaning table with lighting and running water. An additional fish cleaning table nearby as well as one in the harbour. The boats are situated in a private marina approx. 400 meters from the cottage. A road for driving leads all the way there. You can also tie the boats up by the boathouse.

Boats and sonar must be booked in advance. Go swimming just below the house on the beach. The house owner owns this unit as well as units 67527; 67524 & 38662
