90 metres to the sea where you can swim from the rocks, and to a small harbour. 2 km away you can rent two 21 ft boats Øien 620F with a 60 hpYamaha 4-stroke motor, steering console and wheel, Garmin sonar map chirp 52DV chartplotter/GPS/sonar.

There are fish cleaning tables by the house and by the dock. Go fishing in the sheltered water on the inner part of the Atlantic road, or on the open sea further out - some of Norway's best fishing conditions. Life jackets are included. Catch salmon and trout in Hustadelva, a river 13 km away. There are small trout in Skottenvatnet, a lake 6 km away. Visit Kristiansund (36 km), the fishing village of Bud (26 km) or Molde (47 km).
