Great holiday home in a sheltered location. Large outdoor areas where you can enjoy sunny days and with everything close by. Large patio behind the cabin for ball games and other activities and terrace in front for sunbathing and relaxing. Only about 4 minutes’ walk to the nearest sandy beach.

Open kitchen/dining room/living room with exit to pleasant conservatory where all the windows are sliding doors that can be opened on sunny days. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a 120 cm bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Tumble dryer in the hallway outside the bathroom, where you also find extra freezers. In addition to the cabin, there is an annex that sleeps four. The annex is equipped with its own fridge and TV. Furthermore, there are three TVs in the cabin and satellite dish from Canal digital.

Høysand is a populous and popular summer paradise with mini golf, tennis, swimming opportunities, a football pitch, fishing opportunities, restaurants etc. in the immediate vicinity. The area also offers great hiking opportunities, including the coastal path. It is also possible to pick berries in the area.

The cabin is about a 30-minute drive from Fredrikstad, where you can visit the idyllic Old Town. If you want a trip to Sweden, it's only approx. 15 minutes’ drive to Nordby shopping centre. It is about 1 hour drive to the amusement park Tusenfryd, which offers lots of fun for both young and old.

The house is not rented out to youth groups.
